The problem

The firm had just launched a website for its audit services and wanted Google Ads to bring in companies looking to switch auditors. The site had no conversion tracking, the Ads account hadn't been used in years, and the only person who could grant access was short-staffed.

What I did

  • Offered to work around the access delay instead of waiting, so the project kept moving
  • Built a Google Ads media plan: campaign structure, German keywords and negatives, ad copy and a budget built on a test of about $1,000 a month
  • Focused on qualified inquiries from companies actually looking for a new audit firm, not raw lead volume
  • Wrote a short tracking guide for their developer: two changes, about 5 to 10 minutes of work, to measure quote form submissions
  • Walked the owner through the plan on a call so his team understands how the account works, not just what's in it

The result

The firm has a launch-ready plan, a clear tracking setup, and a shared understanding of how the campaigns should be structured and judged. Once access is in place, campaigns can go live with form submissions measured from day one.

What this means for your business

Lead generation ads are only as good as the tracking behind them. Getting the form measured before launch means every dollar is judged on real inquiries. See how I set up conversion tracking.
